HeyRepli is an AI social concierge platform that helps small businesses engage customers, monitor brand mentions, rewrite content, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads via 100% official OAuth APIs.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your password.
You agree NOT to use the Service to: violate laws, infringe IP rights, send spam, scrape in violation of platform ToS, publish harmful content, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
Each subscription tier includes a monthly quota. Free: 50 AI replies + 5 rewrites + 10 scheduled posts. Starter ($49/mo): 800 + 30 + 200. Pro ($99/mo): 1,500 + 100 + 500 + 80 brand mentions. Agency ($199/mo): 3,000 + 500 + unlimited + 300 mentions. View full pricing.
You acknowledge that HeyRepli relies on third-party APIs subject to their own ToS. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with each platform.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. Auto-renews unless canceled. Prices subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds subject to our Refund Policy.
The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of HeyRepli. You retain rights to content you submit.
We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.
The Service is provided AS IS. We disclaim all warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyRepli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with at least 30 days notice via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
